The Carvana U program will support employees throughout their careers at Carvana, including new hire onboarding, role-specific training, promotional readiness programs, leadership development, certification pathways, refresher training, and other learning initiatives. 

The goal is to create a recognizable and engaging learning brand that reinforces a culture of continuous growth and development across Carvana’s Customer Care org.
